Super English Comic

I am going to see him Thursday night. Bailey was listed by The Observer as one of the 50 funniest acts in British comedy in 2003, and in 2007 he was voted number seven on Channel 4's hundred greatest stand-ups

Bill Bailey - The Collector's Edition [DVD]

After the event
So I've seen him and he easily lived up to expectations.
He came on in two sets - totalling 2 and a half hours - you have to adnire anyone who can do it himself. Particularly quirky/funny sets were
  • Thatcher and Cameron as Star Wars Emperor and acolyte
  • Grumpy old man routine
  • Hip-Hop in West Country Accent
  • Playing a variety of instruments in a variety of musical styles.
  • French philosophers.
I would see him again - very clever, very funny
